The Pakistan Africa Economic Council (PAEC) is a pioneering organization established to catalyze comprehensive cooperation between Pakistan and the African continent.
We are the first and only organization of our kind with a legal mandate, licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under section 42 of Companies Act 2017 as a non-profit public limited company.
PAEC works to advance economic synergies, institutional linkages, and people-to-people connections — driving sustainable development and mutual prosperity.
The PAEC's overarching vision is to position itself as the premier platform for advancing Pakistan-Africa cooperation, promoting economic growth, innovative ventures, institutional collaboration, cultural understanding, technological advancement, and strategic partnerships to stimulate sustainable development and shared prosperity.
Our mission is to facilitate bilateral trade, investment opportunities, and economic cooperation between Pakistan and African nations, addressing non-tariff barriers, supporting market access for SMEs, and fostering mutual interest in areas such as capacity-building initiatives and policy development.
